Pandora Description: A database created by the Music Genome Project, Pandora is a music discovery service designed to help users find and enjoy music that they'll love. The collection consists of music analysis of over 20,000 different artists, ranging from popular to obscure, which has reviewed the melody, harmony and rhythm, instrumentation, orchestration, arrangement, and lyrics hundreds of thousands of songs.

Philosopher's Index via Ebsco Description: The Philosophers Index, produced by the Philosophers Information Center, is a current and comprehensive bibliographic database covering scholarly research in all major fields of philosophy. It is considered to be the most thorough index of journal literature on the subject, features author-written abstracts covering scholarly research published in journals and books, including contributions to anthologies and book reviews. The database covers the fifteen fields of philosophy: aesthetics, axiology, philosophy of education, epistemology, ethics, philosophy of history, philosophy of language, logic, metaphysics, philosophical anthropology, metaphilosophy, political philosophy, philosophy of science, social philosophy, and the philosophy of religion. The Philosopher's Index contains research published since 1940 including nearly 570 journals from 43 countries with content representing a variety of languages.

Picturing Golda Meir: Photographs from the Collection at UWM Libraries via UW-Milwaukee Description: A collection of images documenting the life of Golda Meir from childhood in Pinsk, Russia, through her school years in Milwaukee, her pioneer years in Palestine in the 1920s, to the peak of her political career as Prime Minister of Israel (1969 - 1974). The 160 images presented in this digital collection were selected from The Golda Meir Collection, 1904-1987 housed in the Archives Department of the UW-Milwaukee Libraries.

Points of View Reference Center via EbscoHost Description: Points of View Reference Center is a full-text database designed to provide students with a series of essays that present multiple sides of a current issue. The database provides 255 topics, each with an overview (objective background/description), point (argument),counterpoint (opposing argument), and Critical Thinking Guide. It contains a balance of materials from all viewpoints, including 1,143 main essays, leading political magazines from both sides of the aisle, newspapers, radio & TV news transcripts, primary source documents and reference books. The database also offers guides to debate, developing arguments and writing position papers. Additionally, this database contains the Video Encyclopedia of the 20th Century, providing students with a searchable collection of some of the most important social, political, and cultural moments of the 20th century.

Prints and Photographs Online Catalog via Library of Congress Description: The Prints & Photographs Online Catalog (PPOC) provides access through group or item records to about 50% of the Division's holdings, as well as to some images found in other units of the Library of Congress. Many of the catalog records are accompanied by digital images--about one million digital images in all. Not all images displayed in this catalog are in the public domain. The Library offers broad public access to these materials as a contribution to education and scholarship. It is the researcher's obligation to determine and satisfy copyright or other use restrictions when publishing or otherwise distributing materials found in the Library's collections.
